The Growing Lean program is specifically designed to help families address weight issues in children. Our meal program was created for the nutritional requirements and tastes of children and teens, rather than adults. Our exercise and nutritional programs are also designed around the physical and behavioral needs of your child or teen.

If your child's school prohibits nuts, please contact us to discuss which recipes contain nuts and consider substituting "always available" items on those days.
